Her exposure encompasses corporate compliance and management and a range of issues from incorporation to winding up of corporates. She is an expert of FDI acts such as FEMA and NDI. She is a law graduate by learning with a Masters of Commerce in Business Processing and Corporate Governance. She is an expert member of CSR-ICSI.
